Return & Exchange Policy

At Moon Textile Pvt Ltd, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange under the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

Exchange requests will be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • You received an incorrect size (only for stitched items)

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or during discount campaigns
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Fabric that has been cut, stitched, or damaged after delivery
  • Unstitched fabric with tags removed

3. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@moontextile.com.pk or WhatsApp our support team with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Provide an unboxing video as proof in case of incorrect or defective item.
  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
  4. Once approved, you’ll need to send the item back to our warehouse using a traceable courier.

Note: Courier charges for return shipments will be borne by the customer unless the mistake was on our end.

4. Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 working days. You will be notified via email or SMS when your replacement item is shipped.

5. Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. In case of a valid return, we provide either:

  • An exchange of the same or similar item
  • A credit voucher (store credit) valid for future purchases

6. Important Notes

  • Make sure to retain your order invoice and unboxing video.
  • Items sent without approval or proof will not be processed.
  • Our team reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet our policy criteria.
