Do I need to create an account to shop?
You can browse our website and add items to your cart without creating an account. You can also complete your purchase using the Guest Checkout option.
However, creating a member account comes with these benefits:
- Faster checkout process
- Save multiple shipping addresses
- View your order history anytime
- Track your order status before dispatch
What if I forget my password?
No worries! Just click on ‘Forgot Your Password’ on the login page.
Enter your registered email address and click on ‘Reset Password’.
You’ll receive a reset link via email. Follow the instructions to create a new password.
How can I update my shipping or billing details?
Login to your account and go to ‘My Account’.
You can update your shipping/billing addresses and also change your password anytime.
How do I place an order online?
- Browse our website and click on the item you wish to buy.
- Select your desired size/color and click ‘Add to Cart’.
- Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
- Fill in your valid contact and delivery details.
- Choose your preferred payment method, then click ‘Place Order’.
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary/invoice.
If you don’t receive an email, your order was not placed successfully. Please try again or contact support.
Why is an item in my cart suddenly unavailable?
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.
Items remain available to other shoppers until you complete the purchase.
If something becomes unavailable, please remove it from your cart to proceed with checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can edit or cancel your order while it’s still in your shopping cart.
However, once the order is confirmed, changes or cancellations are not possible.
In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer the following secure payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (Only in Pakistan)
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Do NOT pay any amount for COD orders before the courier arrives.
- Do NOT give cash to a rider for prepaid orders.
- Report any suspicious activity to our helpline immediately.

What currency are prices shown in?
All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of GST.
How long does delivery take?
• Within Pakistan: 5–7 working days
• International Orders: 10–14 working days
(During sales or high-volume periods, delivery may take longer.)
Which courier services do you use?
• Pakistan: Call Courier, Leopards, M&P, TCS, TRAX, Swyft
• International: DHL Express
What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?
Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts.
Please ensure your complete and correct address (with postal code) is provided.
After two failed attempts, your parcel will be returned to Moon Textile head office and you’ll be notified via email.
